Anytime I think about an awesome venue in a dreamful place my mind goes straight to Dimora Buonriposo.
An enchanting and lovely country house placed in Val d’Orcia, probably the place in Tuscany that I love most.
It’s been an awesome pleasure for me to work at this intimate wedding as a photographer in the awesome surround of Val d’Orcia.
I’m pretty sure that if you are wondering about getting married in Val d’Orcia you probably have a huge love for nature and you appreciate breathtaking landscapes.
Dimora Buonriposo is a peaceful rest house perfectly restored where you will certainly arrange a beautifully elegant and intimate wedding.
Val d’Orcia is a beautiful valley crossed by the river Orcia located in the province of Siena, north-east of Mount Amiata, and close to Umbria. This valley was renowned since the end of the first millennium for being an important stage on the Via Francigena, the great medieval road from France to Rome that led pilgrims to the heart of Christianity, anyway is now well known for the beautiful landscapes, the medieval villages and the excellence of all the typical products as the red wine Brunello di Montalcino or the famous Pecorino di Pienza who took the name from the town of Pienza that is just 15 minutes far.
Dimora Buonriposo is a very suggestive place, a typical Tuscan farm surrounded by breathtaking landscapes looking to Monte Amiata and the suggestive medieval Torre Tarugi, an ancient building used to be a tower for the defense of the borders, and of course is a house where you can be cuddled and you can feel as you are in your own home. I feel at home myself every time I go.
This wedding has been one of the cutest and well organized that I had the pleasure to photograph. Every detail was perfect: the flowers used for the bouquet and for the table decorations and for the ceremony, the invitations, or the excellent dinner.
